What is your return policy?

All sales are final - returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

When will my order ship?

Orders within Canada typically ship within 3-5 business days, but delays due to COVID-19 are to be expected.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled and has shipped, you will receive an email which will include a tracking link. You can follow that link for updates on the status of your order.

Will my order shrink?

Garments range from 50-100% cotton, so it can be expected that clothing will shrink. For that reason, we recommend sizing up.

Where do the proceeds from my sale go?

Proceeds from sales will go directly towards operating Winter Stations in the future. Thank you for supporting Winter Stations!
